What We Shipped in March: AI Triaging, Pipeline 2.0 & More
The biggest release of the year — AI-powered patient triaging, a fully redesigned pipeline view, bulk template approvals, and 47 other improvements. Here's everything new and why it matters.
March was our biggest release month ever. Six major features, 47 smaller improvements, and two re-designs that our customers have been asking for since launch. Here's the full rundown.
1. AI Triaging — live for all Growth and Enterprise customers
This is the feature we're most excited about. Patients who call or message your clinic now get asked the right questions, have their urgency assessed, and get routed to the exact right doctor — before anyone on your team lifts a finger.
What this actually does:
- Asks symptom-based questions in natural Hindi or English
- Classifies urgency as Emergency, Urgent, Routine, or Non-Urgent
- Pulls patient history from your CRM to inform decisions
- Routes to the right specialist (ENT vs. GP vs. Cardiology, etc.)
- Flags high-risk cases for doctor review before any action is taken
One multi-specialty hospital cut wrong-doctor appointments by 64% in the first 3 weeks. Another clinic caught two emergency cases that would have been routed to routine slots.
To turn it on: Settings → AI Agents → Triaging → Enable.
2. Pipeline 2.0 — a total redesign
The old pipeline view worked, but it wasn't beautiful. Pipeline 2.0 is. Drag-and-drop is smoother, every stage shows revenue forecast, and deal cards now include the last interaction preview right in the card.
New features:
- Revenue forecast per stage and total
- Weighted pipeline based on stage probability
- Inline patient/lead search from the pipeline view
- Bulk actions — move, tag, or message 10+ leads at once
3. Bulk template approvals
If you've ever submitted a WhatsApp template for Meta approval, you know the pain: one at a time, wait 48 hours, hope it doesn't get rejected.
You can now select up to 25 templates and submit them for approval in a single batch. Approval status shows up in one dashboard. Rejected templates show the exact reason and a one-click fix suggestion.
4. Wallet coupons
Growth customers can now apply promo codes at the wallet level — so a ₹5,000 recharge can become a ₹6,000 credit if you're running a promotion. Enterprise customers get this customized per organization.
5. Multi-facility dashboards
Clinic chains with 2+ locations can now see cross-facility analytics on one screen: total revenue, appointment volume, no-show rates, staff utilization — all comparable across branches. Drill down into any facility with one click.
6. Voice agent call recordings
Every AI voice call is now recorded (with patient consent baked into the opening greeting), transcribed, and searchable. You can replay any call, grep transcripts, and train the AI on edge cases it got wrong.
